How do I Log-In a mailbox, Record Greetings, Set Password.

Before you can enter as a subscriber you must first open your mail box (LOG-IN).

Press the VM key at your phone or Intercom 165

With certain systems you have direct access to your mailbox by dialing the voice mail extension from your phone, or even easier, pressing a programmed flexible key on your phone. Using this feature, you (or anyone else who has access to your phone) are connected to your mailbox immediately. We suggest you have your mailbox password protected. Normally 165 is the ext. number for voice mail. In some companies, a different extension number is used. If yours is different, please substitute the correct extension number.

Call the voice mail station and press POUND 6 STAR and your mailbox number.

To Log-In from outside the office, call the office.
If the voice mail answers, press POUND 6 STAR and your mailbox number.	If someone answers live, have them transfer you to your mailbox. When you hear any greeting, press POUND 6 STAR and your mailbox number.
New users need to record these items ASAP

TO RECORD YOUR NAME: Log-in to your mailbox. Press 5 for mailbox management. Press 3 to record your name. Follow prompts, make sure you accept. (To continue to Greetings, press 1)

RECORD NO-ANSWER GREETING: (This is the normal greeting callers will hear.) Log-in to your mailbox. Press 5 for mailbox management. Press 1 to record greetings. Press 1 to record no answer greeting. Follow prompts, make sure you accept. (To continue to Busy Greeting, press 2)

RECORD BUSY GREETING: (This is the greeting callers will hear when you are on the phone.) Log-in to your mailbox. Press 5 for mailbox management. Press 1 to record greeting. Press 2 to record busy greeting. Follow prompts, make sure you accept. (To continue to After Hours Greeting, press 3)

RECORD AFTER HOURS GREETING: (Greeting callers will hear outside of normal business hours) Log-in to your mailbox. Press 5 for mailbox management. Press 1 to record greetings. Press 3 to record busy greeting. Follow prompts, make sure you accept. (To continue to Password, press *2)

SET YOUR PASSWORD: Log-in to your mailbox. Press 5 for mailbox management. Press 2 to change your password. Press 1 to set the password. Follow prompts.
