Call Park How do I PARK a call and retrieve the parked call?
Allows you to place a call in a system parking area. The parked call can be retrieved by any extension user. An example would be a call that came in for Joe. Park the call and announce over the speaker "Joe, dial 521 for a parked call." Joe could dial 521 from any phone and be connected with his caller. Caller would be on hold while waiting and hear music on hold if provided.
