Call Pickup. How do I pick up calls ringing at another phone.
There are three types of call pickup, Line, Group, Directed (to a specific extension)

Call Pickup, Line: Allows you to pickup any incoming call that is ringing at another extension.
Call Pickup, Group: Allows you to answer any other ringing telephone within your group. Using this code you can pickup incoming calls, intercom calls, and door phone calls.
Call Pickup, Directed (XXX being an extension number): Allows you to answer an incoming call at a specific extension. For example, if you are extension 110 and you are away from your phone, and you hear a ringing phone in your area. Press INTERCOM 41110 and you will be able to answer the phone. If the ringing was not at your phone, you will not answer it using this method.
