KX-T 308/616 System Speed Dial Programming
How do I program System Speed Dial numbers and names?
You must be on a display phone on the main phone on jack 01 to program system speed dial numbers and names. You can determine if your phone is jack 01 by moving the memory switch on the end of the phone to PROGRAM (display phone only), and then pushing the number 6 on the dial pad. The phone will read the jack and extension number. When you have determined the jack 01 phone, do the following keystrokes listed below.
The first column shows the keystrokes you need to do and the other one show you what the display reads.

You have 100 number locations, 00 to 99. If you continue to press the SP-Phone key. The system will continue to the next number if you repeat pressing the SP-Phone key. It will also back up if you press the Redial key. If you want to jump to a particular speed dial number (such as 89), press the Auto Memory/Store key and dial 89. |
