Pickup Dialing (Hot Line)
How do I set up a phone to call a specific number when the handset is picked up?
This feature allows you to make an outgoing call to a specific number by picking up the handset or pressing the SP-PHONE key. First you program the number you want called, then you turn the feature on and off.

If you are dialing an outside line, remember to dial 0 or a line access code so the system knows to grab an outside line. You can store up to 16 digits. Digits can be 0 through 9 and the *. The # cannot be stored for this feature.
When you pick up the handset, there is a short pause during which you can call another party. If the Hot-Line phone is in a public area, you may want to have the station restricted from long distance or other local calls. Contact your service technician.
Codes are the same for single line devices.
